E-Desarrollos has been named as the awarded company in phase 3 of the project for the entire restoration of the Sol Timor hotel of the Meliá chain located in Torremolinos – Málaga.
The project whose scope includes the renovation and restoration of 164 rooms, shall be completed in a period of 12 weeks to fulfil the target of reopening in this summer period.
This shall be executed by our partner Proffetional Group, a market leader in the hotel sector for the activities of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment).
With this project, E-Desarrollos continues to solidify its position as a market leader in the national and international hotel projects market.
